EXCHANGE POLICY

Need a different size? Not a problem! Please contact hello@stretchsuit.co.uk so we can process your request. We can only make UK exchanges on the same item once they are returned back to us.

RETURNS POLICY 

We offer full refunds and exchanges on all items providing that they are returned back to us within 14 days from the date you received it. Please note, all items must be in an excellent and sellable condition.

Please return all items with their original packaging and tags attached. Failure to do so may render your exchange or refund void.

We will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for items which are returned with stains, marks, makeup, hairs, tears, or smells. Please be very careful when you try on your items.

It will be your responsibility to cover your own shipping costs when returning your items (unless faulty).

We strongly recommend returning your items via a tracked service. STRETCHSUIT™ will not be responsible for any lost items.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Firstly, please accept our apologies! We will endeavour to rectify the issue immediately. Please kindly send us photos within 14 days of receipt to hello@stretchsuit.co.uk.

PROCESS TIME

We aim to process refunds/exchanges within 7-10 working days. You will be notified by us when your refund or exchange has been completed.
